Management and Leadership CMI Level 5 AwardThese qualifications are designed for middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop key skills such as managing resources, recruitment and information management.
Course information
Completion of initial assessment. Candidates may be called for an interview.
You will also need a good level of written English.
The Award in Management and Leadership lets you strengthen and develop your knowledge of middle management by focusing on specific management areas that are applicable to your job.
You will complete one or two modules in the following, dependent on your start date: Managerial styles and behaviours; Managing stakeholders expectations; Understanding organisational culture; values and behaviour; Understanding team dynamics; Management report writing; Management and leadership influencing skills; Managing interviews; Promoting equality and diversity; Introduction to management coaching and mentoring. (*Modules may be subject to change).
